About Us
Baby gear you can see, try and trust
Arête Baby Products is an Auckland business selling prams, strollers, travel systems, car seats, booster seats and bassinets. We started in October 2024 with a simple mission: quality baby gear at fair prices, with real, personal help for new parents. We import our own range, which lets us keep prices sensible for growing families.
Buying a pram or car seat is a big decision, and it's hard to get right from a photo. That's why we have a showroom in Flat Bush where you can see everything in person, try the fold, check the fit and ask as many questions as you like. When you buy a car seat or capsule from us, we'll install it in your car for free and show you how it works.
Arête (pronounced ar-eh-tay) is an ancient Greek word meaning excellence. It's the standard we hold ourselves to, in the products we choose and in how we look after the families who buy them.
