Order processing
Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order. We'll email you when it's on the way.

Showroom pickup
Pick up your order from 19 Tipu Road, Flat Bush, Auckland 2019. Pickup hours are Monday to Saturday 11am – 7pm and Sunday 2pm – 7pm. We'll email you when your order is ready. When you pick up a car seat or capsule, we can install it in your car for free.

Delivery rates
Delivery is $10 for all orders within the Auckland region. Delivery outside Auckland is $25.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item, if it's unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@aretebp.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll sort it out.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@aretebp.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
